Beautiful British Columbia. Your unruly weather I truly miss. I had the best time in BC and am playing catchup while unpacking, packing to move, jet lag, running after a wild toddler and battling a serious cold. Just keep swimming, just keep swimming...I keep telling myself this. It's always weird coming back from vacation. Getting back into a routine is hard friends! Besides seeing Joris I was super excited to get home and start editing all my BC sessions instead of looking at them on the back of the camera.
Connie and Dana heard about me via their daughter Michele. Michele and I have been friends for many years since we worked together in Courtenay. I adore Michele and had met her parents briefly when we worked. Kind. The first word that comes to my mind when I describe Connie and Dana. I met them at their house on the morning of our session and they were so kind and welcoming. Their dogs tagged along, so cute, and we headed to a park nearby their house for their session. Luckily the rain held out, 8 days of sun in nearly two months of being in BC, so I would call that luck!
Connie is originally from Nova Scotia and Dana is originally from British Columbia. Their paths crossed during Basic Safety Training for the Canadian Military in Cornwall, Ontario. 40 years, two children, and nearly five grandchildren later, number five is arriving in June, and Connie and Dana are happily settled into life in the Comox Valley. They are so in love, such a strong couple and make each other laugh...and laugh! I adore Connie's sense of humor and Dana's relaxed nature. It was so beautiful to watch them together. Still so in love and enjoying each other's company.
Connie and Dana, thank you for choosing me to create these special memories with you. I had a wonderful time and am so grateful to have spent the morning with you! I cannot thank you enough for your patience waiting for your images. Here they are :) Enjoy xx
I have two openings for the month of June in The Netherlands. Contact me: email@example.com for availability and rates.
