Hello...it's me. Haha! I've been MIA for awhile now. My daughter and I have been in Canada for, nearly, six weeks visiting my parents and took a trip to Maui for my best friends wedding! Along with all her stuff, my stuff, my camera and her bringing a laptop was a bit too much and decided I'd just do my editing and blogging when I got back. A huge thank you to my clients who have been so understanding and patient!
Sabrina and I worked together, many years ago, at a clothing store. I always looked forward to working with her. She's a ball of energy, hilarious and has a heart of gold. I left for ships and we always kept in touch. I couldn't be more excited when when she told me what type of session she was after. Fitness! CrossFit, to be more specific! So cool, I'm in! Sabrina setup a private Pinterest folder and we bounced ideas off of each other. I couldn't wait to do something different. A dark, industrial space, capturing special images for a woman who is dear to me, who I admire and have the utmost respect for.
I love Sabrina's moto, above! Sabrina began CrossFit five years ago shortly following the passing of her father. She feels this was his gift he sent to her. An outlet to let her emotions out, find strength and passion. She navigated through the grieving process via CrossFit. She trains 4-5 days a week at Titanium Crossfit. She adores the Titanium CrossFit community and loves what CrossFit has done for her overall life. Her focus, dedication and determination shines through. I was in awe watching Sabrina set everything up and lift with so much focus. It was unreal! At one point I offered to help her with something and had to laugh at myself! To give you an idea she can deadlift 355lbs and squat 235lbs! I mean...she's a machine! She speaks so passionately about CrossFit and her journey. Wife. Mama of two boys. Machine. A true beauty inside and out.
Sabrina, thank you so much for allowing me to create these images with you. I had the BEST TIME! You are an incredible, inspiring woman who I feel so grateful to call my friend and so proud of you! Enjoy lady! xx
